Organic Konjac Sponge Peppermint - Oily skin
Organic Konjac Sponge Peppermint - Oily skin
Organic Konjac's founder, Louise Nørgaard, writes:
I have developed a series of konjac sponges based on love. Love for the skin, love for nature and love for you and me. I myself will not compromise with the quality of either my products or routines, and I want the same for you. This series of konjac sponges contains the pure organic fibers from the konjac plant, which grows high in the mountains of China, and is available for different skin types, as well as for both children and adults.
This one has peppermint, which is great for oily skin. It helps balance sebum production and has a refreshing effect. A good sponge for men who want something easy, simple and refreshing to clean with, without a lot of products.
I myself am a huge fan of using a konjac sponge to cleanse my skin both morning and night, and recommend the same to all my clients. I have been using the konjac sponge for several years, and I don't feel properly clean if I just use my fingers and my cleanser. Using a konjac sponge with your cleanser gives you:
-deep cleansing effect
-removes impurities
-mild exfoliating effect
-increased blood circulation
-smoother skin
-better glow
All konjac mushrooms:
-Are biodegradable
-Contains no preservatives
-Free of color and other artificial additives
-Are 100% natural and organic
-Suitable for even the most delicate skin types, including newborn babies
Instructions for use:
Soften the sponge by holding it in water or under the running tap. Always use the sponge only when wet. Apply your cleanser to the face or sponge and use it in circular motions all over the face, neck and décolleté. Can be used on the delicate eye area. Rinse after use and hang to dry.
Durability:
DO NOT store it in the shower. The moisture in here will break down the sponge faster. Instead, hang it to dry on a hook in the bathroom so it is ready for the next use.
You can pour boiling water over the sponge once a week to increase its shelf life. It will last between 1-3 months.
It is organic and 100% natural and plastic-free. When the sponge is “dead” after 2-3 months, the cotton string can be cut off and the sponge composted.
