By shopping at Original Nordic, you agree to the following terms:
GENERAL
Original Nordic offers carefully selected products from various suppliers in the EU.
We act as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the customer and handle your order directly to the supplier who ships the item to you.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in DKK/EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made via the available payment methods on the webshop.
Orders are dispatched once payment has been approved.
DELIVERY
Typical delivery time is 7–14 business days from order to delivery, depending on the product and supplier.
Items are shipped from different EU warehouse locations directly to you.
We strive to indicate expected delivery times for each product but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Our Original Nordic Skincare products and Logo Collection are produced uniquely for you when ordered.
Therefore, these items cannot be returned, in accordance with EU consumer law regarding made-to-order goods.
Other brand products have a 14-day return period under EU consumer law.
Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You are always entitled to a 2-year warranty for defects or faults.

Original Nordic cannot be held responsible for delays, errors, or quality issues caused by our partners or shipping carriers.
We are happy to assist in contacting the supplier if needed.
