At Original Nordic, we cooperate with various dropshipping suppliers within the EU. This means that the return process may vary depending on the product and the supplier’s policies.
PRODUCED UNIQUELY FOR YOU 🕊️
Our Original Nordic Skincare products and Original Nordic – Logo Collection are produced uniquely for you when you place an order.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply to these products, in accordance with EU consumer law regarding made-to-order and customized goods.
RIGHT OF RETURN
In accordance with EU consumer legislation, you have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order.
Products that cannot be returned:
Original Nordic Skincare products (produced uniquely for you)
Original Nordic – Logo Collection (print-on-demand / produced uniquely for you)
Opened cosmetic products from other brands (for hygiene and safety reasons)
All other standard products may be returned within 14 days.
COMPLAINTS / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You are always entitled to a 2-year warranty in case of defects or faults in the product, in accordance with EU law.
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will always find a solution.

RETURN PROCESS
Always contact us first at marketing@originalnordic.com to initiate a return.
As products are shipped from different EU warehouse locations, returns must be sent directly to the relevant supplier. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of a valid complaint.
REFUNDS
Once the supplier has received and approved the returned item, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received.
In some cases, the process may take slightly longer due to the dropshipping supplier’s handling time.
