Refund & Return Policy – Original Nordic

At Original Nordic, we strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning products.


1. Standard Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return eligible products within 14 days from the day you receive them.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at marketing@originalnordic.com and return the items in their original condition.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or damaged upon delivery.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Some products are made or customized upon order and are excluded from the right of return, including:

Original Nordic Skincare Collection (creams and products printed or produced on demand)

Original Nordic Logo Collection (printed or customized items)

These items are produced specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned.


3. Refund Process

For eligible returns, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect.


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at marketing@originalnordic.com.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
