What products do you offer?
We have carefully selected a range that combines sustainability, quality and well-being. Here you will find, among other things, climate-friendly textile products, natural skin care, safe children's products, creative hobby items and plant-based dietary supplements from recognized brands. Everything is chosen with consideration for both people and the environment.
Where do your products come from?
All our products are carefully selected and purchased exclusively in the Nordic countries or within the EU. We believe in supporting local and European producers, which ensures shorter transport routes, higher quality standards and a more sustainable business model in the Original Nordic spirit.
How long is the delivery time?
Your products are shipped directly from sustainable partners in Europe for lower carbon footprint and freshness. Delivery: 7–14 business days (some delivered faster).
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated in the cart based on your selected products.
Denmark: 59 DKK (free for purchases over 600 DKK)
EU: 99 DKK (free with purchases over 800 DKK)
United Kingdom: 69 kr. (free with purchases over 800 kr.)

We are happy to ship our Nordic products throughout Europe and the UK.

All our products are shipped from sustainable partners in Europe, so you can shop with confidence with shorter delivery times and a lower CO₂ footprint.
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Please note: UK VAT (20%) will be collected by the courier on delivery, as is standard for purchases from the EU after Brexit. For orders over £135 / 1,260 DKK, additional customs duties may also apply. We recommend keeping orders under £135 to minimise delivery costs.

Can I return an item?
Your satisfaction means everything to us. Should you wish to return an item or cancel your order, we will process your refund immediately and the money will find its way back to your account within 5-10 business days. You will hear from us when everything is in place.
Products from Original Nordic Skincare and Original Nordic Logo Collection are produced especially for you and therefore cannot be returned.
Ingredients & safety
What ingredients do you use in your products?
We only use the highest quality natural ingredients. All our products include detailed ingredient lists on the product pages and packaging.
Are your products free of parabens and sulfates?
Yes, all of our products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, and other harmful chemicals. We focus on pure, natural ingredients.
Where do the ingredients come from?
Our ingredients come primarily from Nordic sources and are sustainably collected with respect for nature.
Are the products tested for allergens?
Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic. If you have very sensitive skin, you can do a simple test first: Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist and wait 24 hours. No reaction? Then you are ready to use the product.
Can pregnant and breastfeeding women use the products?
Our products are generally safe, but we always recommend consulting your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Storage & shelf life
How should I store the products?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always close the lid tightly after use. Products such as oils, serums, essential oils and supplements in oil form should always be stored in a dark and cool place, as sunlight can degrade the natural ingredients and reduce the effect.
How long do the products last?
Our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months unopened and 6-12 months after opening. Please refer to the product label for specific dates.

Moomin by NordicBuddies is a Finnish company established in 2019 that creates high-quality, sustainable clothing with iconic Moomin designs. The brand was founded with a vision to bring nostalgic 90s characters to fashion-conscious young adults through Nordic design and an inclusive philosophy where everyone is a buddie, regardless of background.
What is Organic Konjac?
Organic Konjac is a Danish company that makes organic facial sponges from the konjac root. The sponges are soft, gentle and perfect for daily cleansing and exfoliation. They are 100% natural, biodegradable and gentle on sensitive skin. We also sell face masks and other organic skin care products as well as cupping products.
What is Moi Mili?
Moi Mili makes handmade children's products such as canopies, blankets and pillows, many of which are made from organic materials. The production is kept sustainable with a focus on natural materials and timeless aesthetics.
What is Hooked?
Hoooked is a Portuguese brand that offers sustainable yarn and crochet/knitting kits made from recycled textiles. Their products are perfect for creative projects and make it easy to create beautiful, handmade items with a clear conscience.
What is Canavita?
Canavita offers natural CBD oil – a plant extract created to bring calm and balance to everyday life. The oil is laboratory tested, free of harmful substances and complies with all Danish quality requirements. Use a few drops under the tongue and feel a gentle, inner peace – perfect for both adults and children as part of a relaxing evening routine. CBD is a dietary supplement and not a medicine.

Skincare & well-being
What skincare and wellness products do you offer?
We offer creams and other skin care products made according to organic principles, including Organic Konjac sponges for gentle cleansing and exfoliation, face masks and organic skin care products. All products are carefully selected with natural ingredients that are gentle on the skin. In addition, you will find cupping products - a traditional treatment method from Chinese medicine, where cups create a vacuum on the skin to stimulate blood circulation and help release toxins and tension in the body.
