How to do it:

The large cups are for the body and the small ones are for the face. Apply a good layer of oil before use. Work from the bottom up on the body and from the inside out on the face. Squeeze the cup together and place it on the skin. Let it slide up and squeeze it together and lift it off. Repeat this 5-10 times in the same place, and move on.

If you notice a spot on your thighs that is particularly tender when you run the cup over it, you can leave the cup there for a few minutes to draw out the waste and tension. This may give a red (suction) mark, as a sign that the waste is being released and there was "something to get after". So this is only a good sign and usually disappears within a week.

Always move in the direction of the lymph. See the picture here in which directions you should massage your face. Be aware that you can easily get small blood draws on your face, so use it in front of the mirror the first few times until you know how many strokes your skin can withstand. The small blood draws will disappear after a few days. Also, do not leave the cups on your face for too long to avoid suction marks.

Cleaning:

Simply wash the cups in water and a little soap after use. Not suitable for the dishwasher.

Contents:

4 cups in pure food grade silicone. Does not contain BPA, phthalates etc.

Packaged in a smart zip-lock bag made of bioplastic. The bag can be used to store your cups so they are easy to keep track of.
